Sound Engineering, a leader in integrated system sales in southeastern Michigan, has openings in our Livonia offices for a Sales Consultant Health Care Specialist. We require energetic professionals who can work closely with the architectural and consulting communities.

Health Care Sales Specialist

Sales Position Responsibilities:

  • Sell an exclusive communication product to the Healthcare Market.
  • Prospecting for new customers/business while growing/maintaining existing customer base.
  • Develop account penetration strategies for key target & competitive accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Generate proposal, initiate/participate in bid process, plan customer meetings and demonstrating
    equipment capabilities on company product to assigned clients.
  • Writing Bid Specifications.
  • Identify competitor activity & preparing reports / forecasts.
  • Working with architects, engineers and consultants.
  • Travel within the assigned area to attend client meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years proven success assertively selling technology driven products and services to the Healthcare Market.
  • Knowledge of the communication sector & ability to understand technical system configuration.
  • Proficiency with PC based applications.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal associate involvement / team building skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships across client base at all levels.
  • Familiar with Southeastern Michigan geographical area.
